About us
Cartwheel Foundation is committed to bringing education to the indigenous peoples (IPs) of the Philippines. IPs have been neglected and overtaken by development and suffer from a severe lack of access to basic services, including education. Cartwheel strives to bridge this gap by providing education that is culturally sensitive and appropriate to their realities.
Through the Pre-School, Alternative Learning, and College Scholarship Programs, Cartwheel works hand in hand with IP communities in allowing them to thrive in their rich culture and equipping them with tools necessary for community leadership and development.
